Close Surroundings

This body of work was inspired by coastal studies I did a few years back. I wanted to revisit and appreciate the landscape surrounding me. My palette lends itself  to the winter weather, capturing the deeper tones of the coastal scenes. They carry memories of cold winter swims and the feeling of calmness.
